With more than 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur, CEO, and investor, he has built and scaled successful companies across manufacturing, distribution, and eCommerce. Justin is passionate about helping other founders grow and aligning capital with real-world outcomes. His leadership is grounded in vision, integrity, and entrepreneurial grit.
Deborah Jordan
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Deborah plays a key role in portfolio strategy and operational oversight. With a background in finance, project management, and leadership development, she brings a steady hand and thoughtful perspective to every investment. As a mother, partner, and business builder, Deb is deeply committed to creating generational impact through values-aligned growth.
